For the month of August I have been inspired to support you with an Optimisation to help you connect with your deepest desires and thereby live into the reality that you deeply wish for.

Our desires are not random but divinely inspired — they are the signs of what we are meant to bring into being through faith, action and inner embodiment.

Our Group Optimisation for August will include a daily practice of connecting with the feeling of our desires fulfilled - allowing every aspect to fill us with contentment and gratitude.

Take a gentle breath… and allow your attention to drop inward…

There is a quiet place within you…

A spark — placed there by God — calling you toward what is already true.

You are no longer waiting. You are living from the end.
