The Way of the Heart — A 12-Month Journey of Love, Freedom & Inner Mastery

The Way of the Heart is a 12-month individual TimeWaver journey inspired by the teachings in The Way of Mastery. Each month focuses on one lesson and supports a gradual return to the wisdom of the Heart.

This journey is for those who feel called to release fear, guilt, judgment, projection, attachment, over-responsibility, and the belief that life is happening to them. It offers a pathway into forgiveness, self-love, conscious creation, inner peace, surrender, and the remembrance that Love is already within us. I have found this Path to be absolutely life-changing and I am deeply honoured to be able to transmit the essence of it through Quantum Harmonisation lists in Timewaver and my monthly recorded readings and meditations which you can either attend live, or receive the recordings of.

Each monthly program includes a TimeWaver Optimisation, a 90-minute recorded webinar with a slow reading of the relevant lesson, and a 20-minute guided meditation to help integrate the teaching into the body, heart, and energy field.

The MONTH 2 READING AND MEDITATION WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY JULY 11TH AT 5PM LONDON (12NOON NEW YORK) . The Zoom link and recording will be sent to you when you order this program.

Over the 12 months, we move through themes such as returning to the Heart, forgiveness, sacred desire, allowance, surrender, choosing Love, conscious creation, neutrality, teaching only Love, resting in the Silent Heart, and receiving the Rain of Grace.

This is a deep and gentle journey of transformation — Supporting you to return to the Heart, release fear at its roots, and allow Love to become the guiding presence in your life.

You can begin the Series any time you wish but I do recommend that you receive the Optimisations and recordings in a consecutive order 1-12 as the teachings and insights build upon each other.

Month 2 — I Am Free Releasing “Should,” “Must,” “Have To” & Remembering Choice

Month 2 focuses on freedom. It helps us see where we have been living from obligation, pressure, guilt, duty, or unconscious conditioning. This month supports the release of the inner burden of “I should,” “I must,” and “I have to.” It invites a deeper remembrance that true action arises from freedom, not fear; from Love, not compulsion. These are the headings under which I will divide the Transmission inside Timewaver Pro:
