This program includes a LIVE MEDITATION at 7pm BST (2pm New York) on Monday 22nd September. Zoom link will be sent with your Order Confirmation.

The Focus of this month’s GROUP OPTIMISATION will be: “"I align with the natural rhythm of life, restoring balance in every area of my being – body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
