This Group Optimisation with Timewaver Pro supports a loving, conscious reconnection with the physical body — restoring respect, awareness, and ease in the way we eat, move, rest, and care for ourselves. After setting up the Group Profile and analysing the Timewaver databases listed below, I will run the 56-minute Group Optimisation every Saturday at 5:00 pm UK time for the next 5 weeks.

You are welcome to actively participate at that time by taking time out to reflect, journal, exercise gently, prepare nourishing food …. if this time suits you, or simply allow the field to support you. Goal: To shift our relationship with our body from control to respect

The Live Group Optimisation will run continuously for 56 minutes every Saturday at the same time each week. You are welcome to actively participate if this time suits you, or simply allow the field to support you if you are unavailable. I will hold a Meditation over ZOOM for the Group at this same time every week. I will email you the ZOOM on receiving your Order.
