This Group Optimisation supports a loving, conscious reconnection with the physical body — restoring respect, awareness, and ease in the way we eat, move, rest, and care for ourselves. The 56-minute Group Optimisation will run every Saturday at 5:00 pm UK time. You are welcome to actively participate at that time by taking time out to reflect, journal, exercise gently, prepare nourishing food …. if this time suits you, or simply allow the field to support you. Goal: To shift our relationship with our body from control to respect
I analyze specific Timewaver Databases and to support:
Physical body awareness, Body consciousness, Self-image & self-relationship, Gratitude for the body, Cellular intelligence, Somatic awareness
🔹 STAGE 2 — CLEARING SABOTAGE & UNCONSCIOUS PATTERNS
Goal: To release the causes of body being ignored, overused, or defended
I analyze specific Timewaver Databases and to help clear:
Self-neglect, Emotional eating / over-consumption, Using food for comfort or protection, Punishment-based exercise, Shame, guilt, comparison, Stress survival mode, Disconnection from bodily signals,
🔹 STAGE 3 — FAT REDUCTION & METABOLIC SUPPORT
Goal: To optimise weight loss without struggle

I send the following Affirmations list into the Group Information Field:

The Live Group Optimisation will run continuously for 56 minutes every Saturday at the same time each week. You are welcome to actively participate if this time suits you, or simply allow the field to support you if you are unavailable.
