The Brain Fog – Cognitive Function (Br) FSM Expert Program uses a carefully structured combination of Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) frequency pairings focused primarily on the brain, nervous system, pituitary and pineal gland, alongside emotional and energetic support.

A central focus of the program is the forebrain/cerebrum (90 Hz). This tissue frequency is paired with 94 Hz – Concussion/Nerve Trauma, as well as frequencies associated with histamine, general toxins, organic toxicity, anaesthesia-related toxicity, inflammation and chronic inflammation. This gives Br a strong focus on supporting cerebral tissue where cognitive function may be affected by neurological stress, inflammatory patterns or toxic burden.

The program also provides broader neurological support. 94 Hz – Concussion/Nerve Trauma is applied to the medulla (94 Hz) and the general nervous system (45 Hz), as well as the forebrain/cerebrum.

The anterior pituitary (310 Hz) receives support from both 94 Hz – Nerve Trauma and 81 Hz – Increase Secretions, introducing an endocrine and regulatory component to the program.

Importantly, 49 Hz – Thought/Mental Processes/Vitality is paired directly with the forebrain/cerebrum, providing targeted frequency support for mental processing and cognitive vitality.

Br also addresses the emotional component of cognitive overload. Frequencies associated with nervous tension and emotional tension are paired with the solar plexus, while 970 Hz – Irrational Thought/Emotional Component is paired directly with the forebrain/cerebrum.

The program concludes with a frequency pairing for balancing the energy centres, applied to the pineal gland (102 Hz).
