Support for Chronic Spinal Disc Degeneration & Disc-Related Pain

A targeted FSM Expert Program for the support of pain associated with chronic spinal disc degeneration.

The program is designed particularly for discogenic pain — pain arising from degenerative or persistently irritated spinal discs. Discogenic discomfort is commonly aggravated by spinal flexion and may improve with extension, although this pattern can differ when facet-joint degeneration is also present.

The program can be relevant to both cervical and lower spinal disc problems. Cervical disc injuries can sometimes produce referred discomfort around the mid-scapular region, while irritated or injured discs may also be accompanied by nerve-related symptoms following dermatomal patterns.

For best results, this program can be combined with appropriate exercise and myofascial therapies to support mobility, surrounding soft tissues and overall spinal function.
