The month of September - my birthday month, carries such a potent turning-of-the-seasons energy: harvesting what has ripened, releasing what is complete, and opening to new cycles. I love the sense of new beginnings which September brings - with classes and courses beginning and the invitation to focus again towards new goals.

So this month’s Group Optimisation is going to include each of the follwoing themes:

• Harvest of the Soul

  • Focus: Integrating the lessons, blessings, and growth of the past months; anchoring gratitude and abundance.

  • Key Energy: “I gather all the fruits of my inner journey and share them joyfully.”

• Equinox Alignment (22/23 September)

  • Focus: Balancing light and shadow within, harmonising masculine/feminine, inner/outer, action/rest.

  • Key Energy: “I stand in perfect balance; I am centred in harmony with all life.”

• Clearing Old Cycles / Welcoming New

  • Focus: Releasing stagnation, karmic residue, or outdated patterns before the darker season begins.

  • Key Energy: “I release all that no longer serves me, making space for fresh life.”

• Sacred Order & New Structure

  • Focus: September as a natural ‘new year’ energy (end of summer, return to work/school). Perfect for clarity, focus, discipline.

  • Key Energy: “I align with divine order and create structures that serve my highest joy.”

• Ancestral Blessings

  • Focus: Honouring the lineage as the veils begin to thin toward autumn. Receiving their love, support, and wisdom.

  • Key Energy: “My ancestors bless me with strength, love, and guidance as I walk my path.”

• Light in the Turning Season

  • Focus: Strengthening inner radiance as daylight shortens. Staying connected to Source, joy, and creativity.

  • Key Energy: “My inner light shines bright through all seasons.”

• Dream Seeds for 2026 (forward-casting)

  • Focus: Planting intentions now, to be nurtured through the winter and blossom in spring.

  • Key Energy: “The seeds of my dreams are planted in fertile ground and grow with ease.”

As usual, the Group will be set up on September 1st and the Optimisation will begin before midnight (UK) and run until midnight on September 30th.

I will record a meditation which includes these Intentions and send it to you with the Optimisation Lists when we begin:
