Vi — VITALITY FOR THE WHOLE BODY

This is a beautifully simple FSM program created to support overall vitality, energy and wellbeing throughout the whole body.

Unlike many FSM programs that focus on a particular organ, tissue or physical concern, Vi has a much broader purpose. It uses Carolyn McMakin's 49 Hz Vitality frequency, making it a general whole-body program for times when you simply want to feel more energised, revitalised and supported.
