This FSM program is designed to support the brain and autonomic nervous system during times of stress, overload or dysregulation.

The program then incorporates energy-centre balancing before finishing with 970/33 Restore Joy, helping to encourage a shift towards greater emotional ease and wellbeing.

The overall intention is to settle an overactivated nervous system, support healthy vagal and autonomic function, encourage neurological recovery and restore a greater sense of balance, vitality, calm and joy.
