The Extremity Joint Pain (Ex) FSM Expert Program uses a comprehensive combination of Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) frequency pairings targeting the multiple tissues that can contribute to joint discomfort in the extremities.

A major emphasis of the program is inflammation. 40 Hz – Inflammation is paired with cartilage, synovial tissue, nerves, fascia, tendons, bursae, joint capsules, periosteum and ligaments, providing broad frequency support across the principal structures of a joint and its surrounding tissues.

For longer-standing joint problems, 284 Hz – Chronic Inflammation is applied to the fascia, tendons, bursae, joint capsules, periosteum and ligaments.

13 Hz – Scars/Adhesions is paired with the nerves, fascia and joint capsules, supporting tissues affected by adhesions and longer-standing structural changes.

Fascia receives particular attention within the program. In addition to inflammation, chronic inflammation, deposit-related patterns and adhesions, it receives 81 Hz – Increase Secretions and 49 Hz – Vitality, providing additional support for healthy fascial function and tissue vitality.
