The Herniated Disc (Hd) FSM Expert Program has been developed using carefully selected Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) frequency pairings to support the intervertebral discs and surrounding tissues of the spine.

The spine is made up of a series of vertebrae separated by intervertebral discs, which act as cushions and shock absorbers. Each disc has a strong outer layer (the annulus fibrosus) surrounding a softer gel-like centre (the nucleus pulposus). When the outer layer becomes weakened or damaged, part of the inner material may bulge or herniate, sometimes placing pressure on nearby spinal nerves.

This Expert Program has been designed to support the tissues involved in disc health, including the intervertebral discs, surrounding ligaments, connective tissues and muscles that help stabilise the spine.
