DAILY CALM is a comprehensive FSM program created to support the nervous system during times of anxiety, worry, overthinking, emotional stress and nervous-system overload.

The program combines elements of the FSM Vagus and Concussion protocols with targeted support for the medulla, pituitary, midbrain, sympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve, helping to encourage greater balance within the autonomic nervous system.

It also incorporates the 970 Emotional Series, with frequency pairs associated with mental tension, grief, fear, anxiety, worry and rumination. The program finishes with 970/33 — Restore Joy, supporting a return to greater emotional ease and wellbeing.

The intention of DAILY CALM is to help quiet an overactive mind, ease anxiety and emotional tension, support nervous-system regulation and encourage a deeper sense of calm, safety, balance and joy.

This program can be run on a MagHealy or in your iCare Pad.

Place the Maghealy or your iCare pad on the affected area while the program is running.
